You've got me down my hometown You don't feel like home no more The grass is dead over here On the other side, I feel like walking out that door I'm not doing what everybody's doing I've got better things going for me I've seen this life too many times I've seen this life too many times Way too many times One guy bought another car Everyone stopped playing guitar Skateboards turned into going to bars Not too many people moved that far Just right down the road Buddy, I'm on the run Buddy, I'm on the run Buddy, I'm on the run Buddy, I'm on the run Buddy, I'm on the run Buddy, I'm on the run Buddy, I'm on the run

I can’t find my way to my car I can’t find my way to my car No, I haven’t found it yet Since the last bar, I haven't checked Getting this drunk takes way too long But lord knows I’m having fun I’m going to every bar I’m going to every bar I’m gonna get two beers at a time Just in case it takes a long while For the next one, but that’s alright I’ve got this other one here, there’s plenty of time I like to get drunk when I feel like I’m coming down with the blues Ooh baby, I got them blues Ooh and I’m singing too I can’t make no money I can’t make no money There’s too many people driving around Hiding toll money from the bums in town Well, some of these bums need money to eat I think I saw you drive right by me just last week I like to get drunk when I feel like I’m coming down with the blues Ooh baby, I got them blues Ooh and I’m singing too

You think you know what you think you know But you don't know what you don't know yet No you don't, but what you don't know Is what you think you won't forget Wait one minute, are you telling me I don't think I know what I saw No my friend, all I'm saying is, "You don't know at all" But how could one not know it at all If he knows it all the time? I don't know, but let's see who knows And maybe we could figure out why Did you know what you think you know? Or do you know it now? I don't know, but what I know is I don't remember how So, you don't know what you don't really know And no one really knows why? You'll never know, but you could go and give it just one more try You think you know what you think you know But you don't know what you don't know yet (No you don't, but what you don't know Is what you think you won't forget) Wait one minute, are you telling me I don't think I know what I saw (No my friend, all I'm saying is, "You don't know at all") But how could one not know it at all If he knows it all the time? (I don't know, but let's see who knows And maybe we could figure out why) Did you know what you think you know? Or do you know it now? (I don't know, but what I know is I don't remember how) So, you don't know what you don't really know And no one really knows why? You'll never know, but you could go and give it just one more try (I'm saying) You think you know what you think you know But you don't know what you don't know yet No you don't, but what you don't know Is what you think you won't forget Wait one minute, are you telling me I don't think I know what I saw No my friend, all I'm saying is, "You don't know at all" But how could one not know it at all If he knows it all the time? Well, it's summer time And we go out the door It's about 2am We need Route 44s And were drunk as hell We got a little change And I gotta say, "Good thing its a mile away" Well, my buddy and I, we both gotta piss But thats too damn bad, 'cause we're on the go So, we pull it out And were pissin' while a-walkin' Then we bump it up a notch, and now Were running And I think that us, both Josh and Me We could have made a page in history Where a night that started with a little thirst We were the ones who were running, pissin' backwards, first Well, it's summer time And we go out the door It's about 2am We need Route 44s And were drunk as hell We got a little change And I gotta say, "Good thing its a mile away" So, we stopped somewhere In the middle of the street To see if theres change for him and me Then he dropped his money right on the road Next thing, you know, we're using lights on the phone And never did I think I'd see the day of Two kids on a highway, picking up change But we picked up a couple bucks And we started making our way Well, it's summer time And we go out the door It's about 2am We need Route 44s And were drunk as hell We got a little change And I gotta say, "Good thing its a mile away" Come to find out, it ended bad Sonic was closed and were both really sad The only thing open was the store next door So we grabbed a couple beers and walked out the door Well, it's summer time And we go out the door It's about 2am We need Route 44s And were drunk as hell We got a little change And I gotta say, "Good thing its a mile away"

about

HEY!

Rampart is a short "Semi-Live" album dedicated to the tragic fires in Colorado for the last 6-7 years and a tribute to those that helped out with the cause, to include Rampart where I went to go fishing and partied hard in high school.

(no trash was littered or burned during the making of this album, nor is the album meant to promote littering. It's a joke)

This "Semi-Live" show, is a story in the form of an album. Call it a Concept Album if you want to, but a good listen all the way through will pull the songs together. I'm sure you'll get some chuckles and entertainment out of it.

It takes place in the mind of Old Man Crunchy, where he knows that you're listening and plays a gig for you, around a campfire. I forgot to mention that it's kind of a jam session too, but he's got you covered... there's another guitar waitin' for ya.

It's perfect for semi-long drives or just sitting around. You can listen to it for a while before you realize that it started over.

Enjoy!
(For best experience, listen with headphones, since that's the thing.)
